Held in super fun sidewash, Damian "Taco" Warr narrowly edged out Zak Ogram in a close final held on a drizzly Autumn day at torpedo rocks. Adzy got the fire going and everyone gathered around for what is now a classic feature on the YBR calendar.
Chappy, Az , Cracky, Asset, Ando and Micko were in the thick of it in the tent and the atmosphere was cosy. Tom Tilley from triple J turned up and got some juice out of Adz and Zak and got my opinion on that horrible wetsuit Chappy encouraged me to wear, thanks everyone , and yeah I"ve still got nappy rash!. Luke Thomas won the amazing handcrafted Chapstar single fin and kiwi boys Mellifluous pulsed out soulful reggae/ dub down at Altitude Bar for the prezo's. Sick.
